A few positive adjectives that describe you: Artistically gifted, extremely loyal to those I consider friends, trustworthy once I trust someone first, creative, intelligent, I charm certain kinds of people, classy, brave (if a bit outspoken) if I feel compelled.
A few negative adjectives that describe you: Short-tempered, opinionated, impatient, reclusive, either too blunt or too secretive, often self-centered, I tend to naturally creep anyone out who isn't drawn to me.
Describe your outlook on life: That isn't an easy thing to describe... I suppose, stick with and fight for your beliefs, your friends, and your wants. You'll find happiness someday if you try hard enough and go for what you've decided, not what other people want for you, and you make and keep true and fitting friends. That's only the beginning and I may have misphrased something, but ah.
Describe your outlook on love: Romantic love, you mean? Cross that bridge when I come to it. I've had one, just one, schoolgirl crush before, but I've never been in love. I have fairly high standards. I would never so much as date if I didn't think I could take it seriously. I try not to make it my main priority, seeing as it's not going to happen anytime soon.
Hobbies: Writing, sketching, acting, anything involving music, dancing (at least when I had opportunities for it), cosplay.
Something you feel strongly about: The arts are my passion, and friendships are something I don't take lightly at all. If I use such words as Love, Trust, Loyalty, and Friend, it's used seriously, and I hate it if I don't feel like I'm being a friend that the people I'm close to deserve.
Movies: Mirrormask, Romeo + Juliet, Princess Bride, West Side Story, random musicals.
Music: Garbage is my absolute favorite band. I also like AFI, the Shiny Toy Guns, Radiohead, MCR, Pink Floyd, Mindless Self Indulgence, Billy Talent, the Killers, Queen, and random show music.
Books: Anything by Stephen King, and the His Dark Materials series by Philip Pullman.
Television shows: There's really not much I watch anymore. I used to love Heroes, but I sort of "fell off it" for a while and now it's a tad hard to climb back on. I like Scrubs, actually, and my favorite shows as a child were Powerpuff Girls (earlier) and Teen Titans (later), both of which make for good comfort TV.
Colors: Cool colors (blue, purple, green) and monochrome.
Optimist or pessimist: I tend to be paranoid and somewhat cynical, which contributes to pessimism.
Extrovert or introvert: Introvert, definitely. I'm a private person and I like my space and time to myself.
Adventurous or practical: Ehh. *shrugs* I'm not a "save the world" type of person, at least, but instead of adventurous maybe I call myself ambitious. I have dreams and I plan on achieving them. Something I want to be, places I want to go, things I want to do...
Logic or dreams: Dreams, but logic wherever it's called for, since I'm not so bad at it, maybe in fact used to further one's dreams... See above?
Easy-going or uptight: Uptight. X_X
A quote (or quotes) that you really like a why:
"You laugh at me because I'm different. I laugh at you because you're ugly."
"My milkshake bringeth all the gentlemen to the yard
And they're like, it's better than thine
Verily, it's better than thine
I could teach you, but I must levy a fee"
are self explanitory. XP
...Many, many, many. Most of them lyrics. And many of them Garbage lyrics. For example...
"Somebody get me out of here
I'm tearing up myself
I've got to make a point these days
To extricate myself
Nobody gives a damn about me
Or anybody else." - Medication
It's the song I listen to most in depressive phases... I guess I sort of turned it into my "emo" song. XD
"This is the noise that keeps me awake
My head explodes and my body aches
Push it - make the beats go harder!" - Push It
I just frickin' love the song overall. I guess you could consider it one of my "crazy" songs. It can never be listened to loud enough.
"I only smile in the dark
My only comfort is the night gone black
I didn't accidentally tell you that
I'm only happy when it rains..." - Only Happy When It Rains
This song I actually listen to not when I'm depressed necessarily, but when I'm relaxed (for one thing, I enjoy when it rains). Or sometimes as a more in-you-face kind of thing if my family berates me for being morose, cynical, antisocial, or reclusive.
"You thought I was a little girl
You thought I was a little mouse
You thought you'd take me by surprise
Now I'm here burning down your house!" - Not My Idea
...Come on, now. ;3
As well as most of the lyrics to #1 Crush, Happy Home, You Look So Fine, Queer, etcetera.
As for something non-lyrical,
"Come into my parlor~ >=3"
Anything else you would like to add: Not particularly. There's one comment I like to refer to in most rating community apps, but it'd sound like vote-tipping in this case.
Pictures or a description of yourself if you do not have pictures: Dark hair in a slightly wavy bob, spectacles, brown and slanting eyes, broad shoulders but a feminine build in most other areas, oddly pointy teeth and an somewhat signature smirk. I love wearing boots. Sometimes scarves or gloves, if it seems to fit.
